About the Dolls

The dolls pictured in this gallery are Asian Ball Joint Dolls- I'm a collector! They belong to myself and my roommates. For more info about the individual dolls, please see this journal entry:

BJD's are made of high-quality resin and are imported from Asia- mostly Korea, but many from China and Japan as well. Actual size varies from 1/3 human size (60cm) to 1/4 human scale (44 cm) [I'd like to point out here that there are smaller but I don't know anything about them! XD]. They are fully jointed and strung through their bodies with elastic to make them highly posable. The hobby is EXPENSIVE, so please don't enter into it lightly- but the dolls are worth it!
